Please read this End-User License Agreement (the "Agreement") carefully before using the Keyboard mobile application (the "App"). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions governing your use of the App. By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
Subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the App grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on a single mobile device. The license granted herein is solely for your use and does not grant you any rights to sublicense or distribute the App.
The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, videos, logos, and software, are the intellectual property of the App's owner or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You acknowledge and agree that all rights, title, and interest in the App and its content belong to the App's owner or its licensors.
You agree not to:
a) Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the App;
b) Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices contained in the App;
c) Use the App for any unlawful, infringing, or unauthorized purpose;
d) Use the App in a way that could interfere with, disrupt, or negatively affect the performance or functionality of the App or the servers or networks connected to the App;
e) Use any automated means or interfaces (including bots, crawlers, or scrapers) to access or collect information from the App;
f) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems or networks;
g) Use the App to transmit any viruses, worms, or other malicious code or engage in any other activity that may damage, disable, or impair the App or its users' devices or systems; or
h) Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
The App respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. The collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data are governed by the App's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
The App strives to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requirements. It takes reasonable measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of the personal data it collects and processes. For more information on how your personal data is handled, please refer to the App's Privacy Policy.
This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this Agreement by uninstalling the App from your mobile device. The App may terminate this Agreement at any time without prior notice if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and uninstall it from your device.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE APP DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE APP OR ITS OWNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the App regarding the use of the App and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral.
